External listing photographs
Listing photographs load directly from the source host when your browser displays them. That host receives the request and may process your IP address and browser information under its own privacy arrangements. Fullstock suppresses the referring page address for these images. We keep one external primary-image URL per listing.
Traffic measurement
Fullstock AI measures aggregate activity to understand how the website is used and which adverts lead visitors to sellers.
We count successful page loads, referring domains where supplied, device categories, searches, saves, comparison additions, advertising-space clicks, price-mover views and redirects to original seller adverts. Advertising enquiry details, search text and viewing notes are not included.
These counters use Fullstock’s own database. They do not set analytics cookies or assign visitor IDs, and do not store IP addresses or email addresses. Owner/testing activity, detected automation and requests without a verified sign-in identity are classified separately. Reports cover up to 365 days. Older daily aggregate counters are removed when new activity is recorded.
Only the site owner can view the traffic dashboard or export its reports. Counts cannot identify unique visitors and do not confirm activity on an external seller’s website.
Your shortlists, comparisons, notes and saved searches continue to use this browser’s local storage. Clearing browser data removes those items.
Stock listing requests
When a business requests to list stock, we store its business and contact names, email, stock website URL, category, optional message, authority declaration, reference, dates and review status. The owner uses these details to assess the request and arrange listing permission. They are available only in password-protected Owner reports and are not included in traffic counters. No automatic email is sent. Closed requests are deleted after 180 days when the owner opens the queue; open requests remain for review. Removal and correction requests
When you submit a request, we store your name, contact email, organisation if supplied, relationship to the content, affected URL, request details, reference, dates and review status. These details are separate from aggregate traffic counters and accessible only to the owner through password-protected reports. We use them to investigate, verify authority and handle your request; we do not publish your contact details or send an automatic email.
Closed requests are deleted after 180 days when the owner next opens the request queue. Open requests remain while awaiting review. Avoid including identity documents or unnecessary personal information. To ask about a previous request or your personal information, submit the form and quote its reference. Hosting and sign-in services process requests under their own privacy arrangements.
